On occasions the seating plan of the coach used may vary, possibly having the side exit in a different location. NB under the management of Crusader Holidays, your tour may occasionally be operated by an alternative specialist and professional operator.

FREE LOCAL DEPARTURES POINTS
The majority of our holidays include a pick up and drop off from a location convenient for you. We operate a network of over 80 local joining points across East Anglia, Southern England and the Home Counties in order to be able to offer you our great selection of holidays from a location near you. See page 118. If you prefer, you can also always join your holiday coach at our interchange point (or Dover for continental holidays) or directly at the holiday destination.
SELF-DRIVE OPTION
Our self-drive option gives you the freedom to join one
of our holidays directly at the hotel. You will enjoy all the benefits and convenience of a relaxing coach holiday
and your pre-allocated seats will be kept for you for your included excursions. The only difference is that you get yourself to and from your hotel at the start and end of your holiday. Please call 01296 336666 to discuss this option as well as applicable discounts.
SOLO TRAVELLERS
Our pricing policy allows (whenever possible) solo travellers to book a single room without a supplement on a limited number of rooms. Please note that these rooms are available on a first come first served basis and that subsequent single rooms may incur a charge. It should also be noted that the size of single rooms can vary from hotel to hotel and sometimes true single rooms can be quite small. If you prefer to have a double room for sole use, please let us know at the time of booking and we can advise of any applicable supplements.
SUITABILITY
Please get in touch with us if you are in any doubt about
the suitability of a particular holiday, hotel or excursion
for your personal circumstances or requirements. We will gladly find out specific information about access, lifts, steps, mobility restrictions etc if this is not already known. Whilst we aim to provide general information about hotel facilities, this may not be sufficient to establish suitability in every case. It is your responsibility to request this specific information as we cannot be aware of every possible requirement our passengers may have.
