We stay for 4 nights at either the Glenfield Hotel or the Caledonian
Hotel in Ullapool. Both hotels are of 2 star standard and have similar
facilities. All bedrooms are en-suite and have colour TV and tea &
coffee making facilities. |

What you'll do there

|
DAY 1
| After joining your luxury touring coach we journey North via the fast motorway network, stopping en route for refreshments and lunch.
We arrive at our overnight hotel in Northern England late afternoon in good time for our first evening meal. |

|
|
|
DAY 2
| After breakfast we continue our journey northwards and before long we will have our first sight of the Scottish Highlands. After a day of spectacular scenery we arrive at our holiday hotel in the late afternoon. |

DAYS 3 - 5
| At leisure in Ullapool with two included excursions.
A full day excursion takes us along the coast of Scotland’s North West amid the dramatic Highland scenery. We travel via the west coast town
of Scourie to the crofting community of Durness, one of the most northerly Scottish villages. Crossing the Kyle of Tongue we return southwards through the spectacular highland scenery and dramatic
Shin Falls.
A full day excursion through the breathtaking scenery of Wester Ross, passing through Achnasheen we travel alongside Loch Maree with its many islands set amid a mountainous terrain. We then visit the seaside resort town of Gairloch with its splendid views before returning via Gruinard Bay and Corrieshalloch Gorge with its suspension bridge
some 200 feet above the river. |

DAY 6
| We depart for England, with plenty to see along the way for our last night stop in Northern England. |
|
|
|
|
LAST DAY
| Today we head south once again using the fast motorway network. Arriving home via the interchange early to mid evening. |
