We stay at the family-run Grand Hôtel de Vianden which is centrally located. The hotel facilities include a bar and restaurant and all bedrooms are en suite.

Your Itinerary

Day 1 Departure
A morning departure to Dover and our ferry crossing to Calais. We continue to Luxembourg and our hotel, arriving late evening.

Days 2-3 At leisure
At leisure in Vianden with two included excursions.

Included Excursion
Full Day Festive Market at Bernkastel Kues

An excursion into Germany to the festive Market at Bernkastel Kues. Later we continue along the Moselle River to the Christmas Market at Trier, Germany’s oldest city. Trier ’s Christmas Market, small but charming, will delight you with its romantic setting in the heart of Trier on the medieval Main Market and the Cathedral Square.

Included Excursion
Half Day Luxembourg

A half day included excursion to Luxembourg City to explore the capital’s own Christmas Market. Wooden huts are set up in the Place d’Armes with a variety of Christmas goods on sale. Locally produced arts and crafts, including candles, decorations, gifts and music.

Last Day Travel home
We depart for Calais and our ferry crossing to Dover, arriving home during the evening.
